By purchasing from our website you are governed by these terms and conditions.
Our aim at Curry On Cooking is to always provide you the best service possible. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, please PLEASE STAY CALM and contact us and we will try our best to put things right.
To Order
Simply complete the on-line order form. All goods must be paid for before delivery. All sales are governed by UK law and the language used in any communications shall be English.
Delivery & Shipping
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within 30 working days of receipt of order for UK deliveries. We cannot accept liability for failure to deliver within this timescale. If we are unable to deliver within the timescale stated, we will inform you, and offer you the option of a refund. However we aim to get your order processed and posted out ASAP.
Deliveries in the UK are handled by Royal Mail. We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery by Royal Mail including industrial action/disruption to the service.
UK Deliveries
We offer free shipping on all UK mainland orders over £17.94. Orders under £17.94 will incur a £3.00 flat rate charge.
European Deliveries
For international orders and as of January 1st 2021 orders to Europe (including Spain) incur a delivery charge of £25.00. We are still delivering to Europe but please note due to Brexit, the customer is now liable to pay further associated costs of postage, import duty and VAT charges They are also liable to pay for orders returned to Curry On Cooking due to non collection or and customs refusal.
Worldwide Deliveries
On all international orders, a flat rate is charged of £16.50.
While Curry On Cooking will make every effort to ensure prices displayed on the website are accurate; we however reserve the right at any time to change the price. Price changes may be due to increasing currency exchange rates, unexpected increases in the finished product or technical or clerical errors made in publishing the price.
Returns and Refunds
You may return unopened goods within seven days of receiving them. Subject to acceptance by us we will either replace or refund the item. The returned goods must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Any cost of postage incurred by returning the items to us will not be refunded nor will the original cost of delivery; unless the goods received by you are faulty or damaged.
Complaints Procedure
We will respond and take appropriate action on receiving any complaint. In order to resolve the matter, we shall acknowledge the complaint within 7 working days, if we are unable to resolve the matter we will let you know and keep you informed of further progress.
Data Protection & Privacy Statement
We always protect your privacy and we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not reveal any information to any third party.
Customer Support and Service
We want you to be happy with your products you buy from us. If you are not entirely satisfied with any of our products please contact us, and in accordance with our policy on returns and refunds we will arrange for a replacement or credit you with a refund of the purchase price.

Legal Liability
The contract for the sale of goods or services from this website shall be exclusively subject to, governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
